  • Finally peace between my cats

    Works after everything else failed

    How long does one refill last?

    Exactly 30 days. Replace when the liquid reaches the base line. Most of our customers opt-in for our automatic refill plan, it helps you avoid the “we ran out” moment, and you dont have to do a thing, apart from plug it in when it arrives!

    How many diffusers do I need?

    Think of pheromones as a spray from a sprinkler.

    One diffusor “waters” roughly 700 sq ft in open air; hedges (curtains) and fences (walls) block reach. Big "yards" or multiple zones need additional "sprinklers" for full coverage, our recommended amounts are:

    • A small flat is usually fine with just 1

    • One / Two story houses, Open-plan apartments, and multi-cat homes will need minimum 2–3

    • 3,000+ sq ft+ typically need 4–5+ units

    Remember to plug it in where your cat actually hangs out, so the “calm signal” reaches everywhere your cat actually hangs out.

    How long until I see results?

    Is it safe for other pets and my family?

    Yes. These are "feline-specific pheromones", which means they “speak cat” and ignore everyone else.

    There are no sedatives, no perfumes, and nothing humans can smell. Our hardware is UL-certified and cool-running when used as directed.

    Is there any smell or heat?

    A gentle warmth of the product is normal, think of a laptop charger, not a stove. You should never smell burning, see discolouration, or feel the unit becoming extremely hot, always check your plug before inserting.

    Our diffuser is odourless to every living thing, however some plug types will admit a heating smell, this is out of our realistic control, however is completely normal!

    • Avoid multi-adapters/extension reels that run warm
    • If you ever notice a burning smell or unusual heat, unplug and contact support, we are happy to replace any faulty products, although we dont often need to.
    What if I stop using the diffuser after awhile?

    Honest answer: some cats will be fine for a while—but many won’t. Our blend mimics the comforting, mother-cat messages (CAP) and “you’re safe here” territory cues (F3). If you switch that off suddenly, the message of safety fades from the environment.

    For example, take something that makes you happy, for example Morning coffee. Imagine that was suddenly taken away for ever and you had no way of getting it back, you develop bad habits in response to that, that's human

    The vast majority of cats will feel like the comfort just left the room—and old habits are likely to creep back.
